This study aims to determine the occurrence of increasing student learning outcomes through the application of probem based learning (PBL) models. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) with two cycles. This research was conducted at SMKN 1 Kalitengah Lamongan in the odd semester of the 2019/2020 school year. The subjects of this study were students of class XII Multimedia at SMKN 1 Kalitengah which consisted of 30 students. The variables in this study consisted of the independent variable, namely the application of the Problem Based Learning model and the dependent variable, namely the learning outcomes of mathematics. The research instrument consists of learning tools. Observation sheets (observations) and mathematics learning outcomes tests. Learning devices are used as a reference for the implementation of learning, observation sheets are used to observe teacher and student activities. Learning outcomes test is used to measure the achievement of learning outcomes achieved by students. The data analysis technique used comparative descriptive in the form of percentages or descriptive statistics from the results of learning mathematics in each cycle.

Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model can improve learning outcomes. This can be seen from the learning outcomes in the first cycle to achieve classical learning completeness, namely 53%, namely only 16 students from 30 students completed learning individually and increased in cycle II, namely 27 students from 30 students or 90% students have completed individual studies. with KKM 75. Likewise, teacher and student activities, namely teacher activities in the first cycle obtained an average score of 2.94 or only 59% and in the fairly good category, increased in the second cycle, which reached an average score of 4.06 and included in the good category. The average score of student activity in the first cycle was 2.8 or only 56% and showed that in the fairly good category it increased in the second cycle, namely 3.8 and included in the good category.

Because learning with Problem Based Learning models can increase student activity and also improve learning outcomes in mathematics subjects. Thus, the problem based learning (PBL) model can be applied as an alternative in learning.

A nominee or trustee agreement is an agreement that uses power, namely an agreement that uses the name of an Indonesian citizen and the Indonesian citizen submits a power of attorney to a foreign citizen to be free to carry out legal actions on the land they own. The nominee agreement is often also referred to as a representative or borrowing a name based on a statement or power of attorney made by both parties, a foreigner borrows the name of an Indonesian citizen to include his name as the owner of the land on the certificate, but then an Indonesian citizen based on the statement deed he makes denies that the actual owner is a foreign citizen as the party who issued the money for the purchase of the land and the control is carried out or represented by the foreign citizen. The validity and binding power of the nominee agreement cannot be separated from the provisions of Article 1320 and Article 1338 of the Civil Code. If the nominee agreement has taken into account and fulfilled the legal requirements of the agreement according to Article 1320 of the Civil Code and based on the provisions of Article 1338 of the Civil Code, then the nominee agreement has binding force for the parties. Based on the principle of pacta sund servanda that the agreement made by the parties, including the nominee agreement has binding force as law for those who make it.

Prayer is an obligation for Muslims, therefore we must know when the time of entry and passage of prayer times must be known carefully and well, not until the time of entering prayer has done it, as a result the prayer will be in vain without reward. Because one of the requirements for the validity of prayer is to pray at the appointed time.

The prayer service has been arranged in the verses of qauliyah, the Qur'an and explained also in the hadith of the Prophet. While the signs of that time are based on natural changes that occur (the verses of His qauniyah) in the form of the sun, moon, stars, occurring day and night and other celestial bodies. With the presence of these signs so that people think with His authority and give thanks for the blessings He gives by worshiping.

Determining prayer times in a normal area is very easy to do, namely by knowing the matarari position and its changes. Dhuhr prayer starts from the sun slipping until the shadows are all the same or twice the length. Asr prayer starts from the shadow of something of the same length or shadow twice the length until the sun turns yellow. Maghrib prayer starts from the sunset until the loss of mega red. Isha prayer when the sun is 18 ° below the horizon. Fajr prayer when the sun is located 20 ° below the horizon. As for prayer in the polar regions or abnormal areas, namely: 1). The science of fiqh teaches that in such circumstances the person concerned, after waking up or regaining consciousness, is obliged to immediately carry out the evening prayer, after which the morning prayer will take place. 2). Prayer times in areas with latitude exceeding 45 ° North and South can use areas that have only 45 ° latitude and their longitude does not change. 3). For areas that do not experience loss of red mega, then to determine Isha and Subuh time based on the previous (season) time which can distinguish mega red when Maghrib and mega red during Fajr.

The issue in this study is that regulations on halal certification have a very large role in supporting the national food security program. Halal certification on products is very important for consumers because in some cases people are reluctant to buy food products that do not have a halal label on their packaging. The government ratified Law Number 33 of 2014 concerning Halal Product Guarantee (UU JPH) which after being investigated it turned out that the JPH Law did not strengthen the existence of LPPOM MUI, but gave authority to the Government or the Ministry of Religion to form a new institution other than LPPOM MUI, namely the Product Assurance Organizing Body. Halal (BPJPH). The research objective to be achieved from this research is to ensure that BPJPH can cooperate with MUI in terms of halal auditor certification and the determination of halal products in order to support national food security. This study uses a normative juridical legal research method, this research is descriptive analytical and uses primary data sources and secondary data sources. The key finding of this research is that the authority of the MUI remains important because MUI is the institution authorized to issue a fatwa on the determination of the halalness of a product which is then submitted to BPJPH as the basis for issuing a halal certificate. The importance of this research to be discussed because with the union of the two institutions, hopefully in the future Indonesia will become the center of world halal products with various products made in Indonesia so that national food security will be maintained.
