Bitcoin is a cryptographic-based digital commodity, also known as virtual currency or digital currency, which is used as a means of transactions and investments. In Indonesia the use of bitcoin is not merely a matter of technology, but has entered the realm of fiqh. An interesting phenomenon related to this is the response of several Islamic organizations and also study forums at Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia in addressing the bitcoin issue. Among them is Bahtsul Masail, the Nahdlatul Ulama Regional Manager (PWNU) in East Java in 2018. According to Bahtsul Masail's decision on the fiqh view of the use of bitcoin as a transaction and investment tool, it is legal, and may be used for muamalah. This is different from the results of the bahtsul masail in Ma'had Aly Hasyim Asy'ari Tebuireng Jombang, that bitcoin is classified as a virtual asset like dain (accounts receivable). And can be used as a legal transaction tool. But if bitcoin is used as an investment tool then the law is haram because the bitcoin exchange rate is very volatile. Based on this background, a problem arises, namely how to analyze the decision of Bahtsul Masail Ma'had Aly Hasyim Asy'ari about bitcoin and use what method to view bitcoin. The type of research used is library research. Using a normative legal approach (doctrinal), then the research is presented using descriptive techniques. In bahtsul masail using the ijtihad jama'i and ijtihad tatbiqi methods, in bahtsul masail using the term ilhaq, based on evidence, that bitcoin is equated with speculation (gambling), it is illegal.

The purpose of education in Islam is inductively by looking at the arguments of naqli that already exist in the Koran and al-Hadith, also integrating them in the context of the needs of society in general in education, so that it is hoped that the objectives of education in Islam can be applied to discourse and reality. present. that some people think that worship is limited to performing prayers, fasting during the month of Ramadan, issuing zakat, performing Hajj, and saying shahada. But actually worship includes all the deeds, thoughts, and feelings that are confronted or relied on by Allah. The aspect of worship is the obligation of Muslims to study it so that they can practice it in the right way. Improving the quality of education so far has not shown satisfactory results. The low quality of education is caused by many things, including the inadequate quality and distribution of teachers, the lack of educational facilities and infrastructure, inappropriate curricula, the learning environment in schools and within the family and community is not yet supportive.

The reclamation of the Jakarta coast coast does have benefits, namely the opening of new jobs and the utilization of the area to be economically productive. With the presence of new jobs, unemployment will be reduced and at the same time people will get income to meet their daily needs and continue their lives. This is in line with the maqashid of sharia, namely hifzhu an-nafsi (guarding the soul). However, coastal reclamation also causes a lot of damage / damage, including environmental damage, silting of the seashore which causes water to flood residents when the rainy season arrives, and an increased risk of tsunami waves. Thus the safety and security of citizens is threatened. This is of course contrary to the maqashid of sharia, namely hifzhu an-nafsi (guarding the soul).

In conditions like this we are faced with two choices, namely rejecting adversity or achieving benefit. So the best solution is to give priority to rejecting infidelity based on the rules of fiqh: "Rejecting kemafsadatan takes precedence over achieving benefit". Therefore, by rejecting infidelity it means that we also achieve benefit which is the goal of applying Islamic law. When the conditions are like this, where there is a clash between the special benefit and the general benefit, then the general benefit must take precedence, based on the rule of fiqh: "General benefit takes precedence over the special benefit".

The Qur’an is the holy book of Muslims, in which there are many rules of Allah, one of which is the rules are many of Allah, one of which is the rules of regarding the ethics of Muslim women wearing the hijab. From the analysis of language, it can be concluded that the hijab is a wide, loose garment that covers the whole body. Meanwhile, the interpreters differ on the meaing of “Let them extend their headscarves all over the body.” Among their interpretations of the verse is covering his face and head, and showing only his left eye, covering the whole body and half of the face by showing both eyes, and stretching the cloth to cover the head to the chest. So, we can conclude that from the beginning the mufassirs agreed on the obligation of the hijab and differed in opinion about the meaning of lengthening the hijab. In the paper, we use a qualitative descriptive method, namely by utilizing qualitative data and describing it descriptively by analyzing events, phenomena, events, social activities, perceptions and thoughts of people both individually and in groups. Then as for the results of our research, namely the hijab wide, loose, and covers the whole body.
